By downloading, installing, or using the Free Google Data Studio Connector (“Impact Connector”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions as follows:

• On installing the connector you allow the connector to fetch data from the source on your behalf
• User takes sole/full responsibility and/or will not hold Impact Connector or Impact Connector developer/owner for the data being fetched from the source and its correctness
• The user takes sole/full responsibility for any legal actions or Issues raised by the Source from where the data is being fetched

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install or use the Connector.

The Impact Connector reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Impact Connector’s website.

The Impact Connector is not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Connector. The owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Connector.

The Impact Connector and all its intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to the Impact Connector. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Connector without the owner’s prior written consent

The Impact Connector is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. You may use the Connector for personal or commercial use. However, you may not use the Connector for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The Impact Connector is a free software/plugin/connector that can be used with Google Looker Studio. The Connector allows users to perform specific tasks within Google Looker Studio.

The Impact Connector reserves the right to terminate/end/delete/remove the Connector from Partner Connector List. Users who have already installed Impact Connectors will not be affected by the Termination of Connector, but they will not receive any further updates for Impact Connector. After the termination of Connector if you still wish to use the Connector you can contact at samsakhare@gmail.com.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Impact Connector operates

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Impact Connector and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
